Florencio Hernandez Mendoza, a 91-year-old man, was last seen on May 10, 1998, in Blythe, California. He was reported missing after he walked away from a park located at Broadway and Chanslor Way and never returned. Mendoza, who stood between 5'0" and 5'7", weighed around 150 to 180 pounds, and had gray balding hair and brown or hazel eyes, was known to suffer from possible dementia. He also had a hunched back, a surgical scar on his abdomen, and was hard of hearing.
