Dale Duane Williams, age 42, disappeared on May 27, 1999, from Naturita, Colorado. Williams, a well-known and respected body shop owner, received a phone call that afternoon from an unknown individual claiming to be a stranded motorist. Despite the unusual nature of the call—since Williams wasn't typically involved in roadside assistance—he decided to help.
