Charles Lee Toliver, a 30-year-old man from Clinton, Tennessee, was last seen on February 4, 2000. On that day, a friend claimed to have dropped him off at a rest stop on Interstate 75 at the Tennessee-Georgia border. Toliver had allegedly planned to meet friends in Atlanta, Georgia, and was carrying $200 at the time. After this, he was never heard from again.
