In the summer of 2023, concern grew for a 23-year-old woman from Mont Belvieu, Texas, named Michelle Ramirez. On August 14, 2023, Michelle made the decision to leave her home, and her family was aware of her departure. It was believed that she might have been traveling to Weslaco, Texas.
