Brian Kent Martin, 24, was last seen on December 1, 2000, in Biloxi, Mississippi. At the time of his disappearance, Martin was staying with friends at Lexington Apartments off Pass Road in Biloxi. He was known to frequent local nightclubs such as Barracudas, the Bombay Bicycle Club, and Studio 90. Martin did not have his own vehicle and relied on friends for transportation.

Born in 1976, Martin had a troubled past, including a history with a gang during his younger years in Georgia. After enduring a severe beating, he left the gang and eventually moved with his family to Mississippi. He worked with his father in construction, but by the time of his disappearance, Martin was living a transient lifestyle. The last confirmed contact with his family was in March 2001, when he informed his sister that he wouldn’t attend her wedding. His mother reported him missing later that year in September when months passed with no word from him.

Despite his family’s belief that foul play was involved, little evidence has surfaced regarding Martin's whereabouts. There has been no activity on his driver's license or in his employment history since he went missing, and no signs of him leaving the country. His family fears he may have been a victim of homicide, but the case remains unsolved. Authorities continue to investigate, appealing for any new information that could provide answers in this long-standing case.
