Jeffrey Henderson, 48, was last seen on August 13, 2001, in South Kona, Hawaii. He was known by the nicknames "Jeff" and "Tattoo Jeff," due to his multiple tattoos. At the time of his disappearance, he stood around 6 feet tall, weighed approximately 180 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes. Henderson was known to wear eyeglasses for reading and had a distinguishing skin graft scar on one leg. Additionally, his upper front teeth were missing.
