Jimmy Charles Scott, aged 50, was last seen on November 3, 2001, in Jacksonville, Texas, near his home in the Plantation Estates community. He was reported missing after failing to show up for his first day at a new job. At the time of his disappearance, Scott was wearing an orange t-shirt with gray stripes, gray or blue baggy shorts, and sneakers.
