Jose Angel Julian, a 39-year-old man, was last seen on April 12, 2003, at a family member's home located in the 1000 block of Fox Avenue in Lewisville, Texas. He was reported missing after leaving the residence around 6:00 a.m. and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Julian was described as standing 6 feet tall, weighing around 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
