Ronald Todd McNutt, a 44-year-old man from Corning, California, was last seen on May 4, 2004. That morning, he dropped off his step-grandson at Maywood Middle School and was supposed to head to his job at a local hardware store but never arrived. At the time of his disappearance, McNutt was accompanied by an older Caucasian male in his fifties or sixties, who was described as balding with gray hair and a goatee.
McNutt’s white 1992 Ford F-150 extended cab pickup truck, which had a distinctive "No Fear" sticker on the window, also went missing and has never been found.
There are indications that McNutt’s bank card was used after his disappearance in various northern California locations, including Corning, Red Bluff, Fort Jones, and Yreka, leading investigators to believe he may have traveled north, possibly into Oregon. However, his whereabouts remain unknown, and his case is considered suspicious. McNutt also had a medical condition involving severe memory loss, which may have complicated his situation.
