Randy Lee Williams Jr., 20, was last seen on October 18, 2004, at his home in Savannah, Georgia. He had borrowed his mother’s car to deliver a birthday gift to his grandfather. When his mother returned home, the car was back, but Randy was missing, along with his cell phone and a house key. There were no signs that he had taken clothes or money, raising concerns among his family.
