Jessica Foster, also known as "Jessie," was last seen on March 28, 2006, in North Las Vegas, Nevada. At the time, the 21-year-old Canadian was living with her boyfriend, Peter Todd, in the 1000 block of Cornerstone Place. Jessie had been drawn into the Las Vegas sex trade after moving to the city in 2005, having been trafficked there from Canada. Despite frequent contact with her family, she suddenly stopped communicating after March 28, raising fears for her safety.
