Shelva Jean Rafte, 44, was last seen on the evening of May 28, 2006, after attending her daughter's graduation party in Nicholson Borough, Pennsylvania. She left the event with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, John Para, after witnesses observed them arguing outside. According to Para, they went to his residence in Pittston, where they had another argument.
