Anthony Steven Balthazar, a 23-year-old man, was last seen on March 24, 1980, in Santa Cruz, California. He disappeared after wandering away from a mental health facility. At the time, Balthazar was battling schizophrenia, which may have contributed to his sudden departure. Despite investigations, no further trace of him has been found, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
