In December of 1983, a 29-year-old man named Mark Skinner Clarke vanished from Tuckasegee, North Carolina, leaving behind a trail of perplexing circumstances and unanswered questions for his loved ones. Standing at 69 inches and weighing around 155 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes, Mark's physical appearance was further distinguished by a scar from a previous neck injury and a burn scar on his right knee.
