Arthur Stanley "Tim" Carver III, aged 21, went missing on December 6, 1983, after departing from the Dinner Key Marina in Miami, Florida. He and a friend, Kevin Wadsworth, were heading to the Bahamas in a 21-foot Enterprise boat, reportedly involved in marijuana trafficking. The boat, described as having a white hull and a blue bottom, with a 235-horsepower Evinrude motor, has never been found, and neither Carver nor Wadsworth were ever seen again.
