Francis Orcutt, a 60-year-old resident of East Hartford, Connecticut, was last seen on June 29, 1987. Orcutt, who had been suffering from chronic pain following an accident in 1986, disappeared under mysterious circumstances. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as 5'7" tall, weighing around 160 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He walked with an unusual shuffle due to his medical condition and was wearing a neck brace. Orcutt also had noticeable scars on his back and neck.
