Jillian Dee Cutshall, a 9-year-old girl from Norfolk, Nebraska, was last seen on the morning of August 13, 1987. She had been staying with her father for the summer and was walking from his apartment to her babysitter's home, which was just four blocks away. Jillian never arrived, and the babysitter assumed she had stayed at home. It wasn't until later that day, when her stepmother came to pick her up, that they realized she was missing.
