Stephen Victor Meeks, 32, was last seen on November 24, 1988, in Reidsville, North Carolina. That evening, according to his wife, Meeks left their home following an argument, driving his black 1973 Ford truck, which bore North Carolina license plate number CTS7429. However, the couple’s children told authorities they did not see their father that evening. Meeks was supposed to attend a Thanksgiving dinner at his mother's residence, but he never arrived.
