Flora Tobin, a 54-year-old woman from Harvey, Louisiana, was last seen by her husband on March 5, 1991, at their residence on Brown Avenue. Flora owned a strip club called the Foxy Lady Lounge, where she worked regularly, sometimes even staying overnight in a trailer on the property. The day after her disappearance, her employees arrived at the club as usual, but Flora was missing, and no money had been taken from the register.
