Marcus Antonio Farina, a 9-month-old infant, was last seen on December 6, 1991, in Hollywood, California. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Sergio Farina, who had taken Marcus from his mother under the pretense of a pediatrician visit. Sergio never returned with the child, and when Marcus' mother went to Sergio’s apartment, she found it abandoned with a note stating, "Ha! Ha! Ha! You'll never find us. Merry Christmas!"
