Carlos Amendos Herriford, a 20-year-old man, was last seen on October 13, 1995, in San Luis Obispo, California. At the time, Herriford was leading a transient lifestyle and was known to frequent the Cambria area. He has not been heard from since that day, and foul play is suspected in his disappearance. There were rumors that he might have been murdered during a drug-related incident in 2002, with his body reportedly dumped in the desert, though this has never been confirmed.
