Rachel Mellon-Skemp, a 13-year-old girl from Bolingbrook, Illinois, was last seen on January 31, 1996. Rachel had stayed home from school that day due to a sore throat and was with her stepfather, Vincent Mellon. According to Vincent, they played video games together before Rachel took a nap wrapped in a blue blanket.
