Troy Lee Jacobs, a 22-year-old Native American man, went missing on February 26, 1996, from Red Springs, North Carolina. On the day of his disappearance, Jacobs had expressed concerns about his safety to his father. Later that evening, he was last seen at a convenience store where he got into a black vehicle with several unidentified individuals. This was the last time anyone saw or heard from him.
