Jeffrey Allen Klungness, a 14-year-old boy from Bonney Lake, Washington, was last seen on March 2, 1996. That same day, his mother, Susan Klungness, was found murdered inside their family home, having suffered a fatal blow to the head. Her body was discovered by Jeffrey's father, who returned home that afternoon and reported both his wife's murder and his son's disappearance.
