Dawn Michelle Holt, a 20-year-old mother of two, was last seen on April 25, 1996, at a Howard Johnson's motel in Waldorf, Maryland. Prior to her disappearance, at the suggestion of a family member, she had been living with a relative in Florida. Unbeknownst to her family, Dawn returned to Maryland.
