Jerome Louis White, 22, was last seen on February 8, 1997, in Hickory, North Carolina. He was spotted at the Center Place Market on South Center Street, where he reportedly entered a vehicle with an unidentified white male. The vehicle’s make, model, and color remain unknown. Jerome, who had a history of crack cocaine addiction, was carrying his incarcerated twin brother’s identification at the time of his disappearance.
