In the late spring of 1998, 17-year-old Jennifer Kathryn Harrison was living with her mother in an apartment complex in East Bremerton, Washington. On June 15th, a day that should have been a celebration, Jennifer made a phone call to her father to wish him a happy birthday. This phone call would be the last time her family ever heard from her.
