Fred Moseley Missing Person Case

Fred Moseley, a 17-year-old from Canyon, Texas, was last seen on July 25, 1998. His parents, who were out of town at the time, reported him missing on July 30 when they returned home and could not contact him. Fred's car, a 1998 Dodge Neon, was later found abandoned in Randall County, but his whereabouts remained unknown. Notably, a shotgun Fred normally kept in the trunk of the car was missing.
