Brenda Roberts, a 35-year-old woman from Hartford, Connecticut, was last seen on April 24, 1999. Standing at 5'1" and weighing approximately 140 pounds, Brenda was wearing a black t-shirt, a black coat with red trim, and black and white pants at the time of her disappearance. She had distinctive scars on her right hand, arm, head, and the left side of her face. Despite being reported missing shortly after that date, there have been few developments in her case over the years.
