Cynthia Ribeiro Braga, a 32-year-old woman, was last seen on July 10, 2003, in Wheaton, Maryland. She lived in the 10700 block of Georgia Avenue and regularly maintained daily contact with her family in Brazil. The last known communication was a phone call to her father on the day of her disappearance. After that, no one heard from her again. Cynthia’s sister, who also lived in the Wheaton area, has not had any contact with her since then.
