Joey Lynn Offutt, a 33-year-old mother of three from Sykesville, Pennsylvania, was last seen on July 4, 2007. Days later, on July 12, her house was found engulfed in flames. After the fire was extinguished, the body of her six-week-old son was discovered in the bathtub. The fire was determined to be intentionally set using an accelerant, but Joey herself was nowhere to be found. Her purse and identification were found in the debris, but her vehicle, a red Saturn, was missing.
