A North Carolina family was left with questions and concern after 34-year-old Luis Vargas Montes, a Hispanic male, vanished on August 15, 2008. He was last seen in Wake Forest at the Fidelity Bank located at 12201 Capital Blvd. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5-foot-10 and weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
