Fannie Fawn Stuart, age 1, was last seen on December 10, 1977, in Honeydew, California, alongside her 2-year-old sister, Jessie, and their mother, Mary Stuart. The family left home in their red Opel station wagon that morning, intending to run several errands, including visiting a grocery store and a television repair shop. They were expected back by nightfall but never returned. Three days later, a friend reported the family missing.
