Douglas Rubin, 21, was last seen on February 23, 1979, in Nassau County, New York. He was a student at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany. According to reports, Rubin left late one night, upset, and never returned. His vehicle was later found abandoned on the Throgs Neck Bridge, with his wallet and eyeglasses left inside. Despite extensive searches, including divers combing the waters beneath the bridge, no trace of him has been found.
