Diego Garcia, a 28-year-old man, went missing on March 15, 1982, along with his wife, Carmen Burhans Garcia, and their daughter, Barbara Burhans, from Los Angeles, California. On the morning of their disappearance, Carmen's mother visited them at their home on Division Street, noticing that Carmen appeared upset, though no further discussion took place.
