Donel Jacoby Minor, a 2-month-old infant, was abducted from his home in Inglewood, California, on December 20, 1984. That day, an unidentified man posing as a photographer visited Donel's mother, Deanna Trammel, claiming to have photos of her son. Trammel had recently had portraits of Donel taken, so she allowed the man into her apartment. While she briefly left the room to get him a glass of water, the man fled with Donel, and neither has been seen since.
