Bettye Jo Hart, a 54-year-old woman, was last seen on September 11, 1985, near her home in Grapevine, Texas. She was accompanied by Garry V. Kirkland at the time of her disappearance. Bettye was reported missing later that day by a relative, and her belongings, including her clothing, jewelry, and vehicle, were all left at her residence. There were no immediate signs of foul play at her home, but her disappearance has raised concerns over the years, and foul play has not been ruled out.
