Ginger Anne Sutherland, 19 years old, was last seen on June 16, 1988, in Fresno, Texas. At the time of her disappearance, she was believed to be heading towards Panama City, Florida. Described as having blonde hair and blue eyes, she stood between 5'0" and 5'3" tall and weighed between 105 and 115 pounds. A distinctive feature of Ginger was a tattoo on her upper left arm, depicting a heart with the names "Amanda" and "Robin" inside.
