Tonetta Yvette Carlisle, a 15-year-old girl from Chattanooga, Tennessee, disappeared on March 16, 1989, while walking home from school. She was last seen near Hamilton Avenue around 2:55 p.m., when witnesses reported seeing her being forcibly abducted by several individuals. She was dragged into a tan and yellow vehicle, which quickly sped away.
