Gary Curtiss Williams, 26, disappeared from Ennis, Texas, on May 13, 1989. At the time of his disappearance, Williams, also known by the nickname "Gee Whiz," was described as 5'7" tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He had several distinguishing marks, including a scar on his left cheek and a teardrop tattoo below his left eye. Williams may have also had facial hair, possibly a mustache, and a tattoo on his upper left arm.
