Froelan Rosales

Froelan Rosales, a 15-year-old boy, was last seen on September 22, 1989, in Holtville, California. At the time of his disappearance, Froelan stood 5'5" and weighed approximately 150 pounds. He had black hair and black eyes. It is believed that Froelan may have left on his own accord, and his case has been classified as an endangered runaway. However, despite this classification, no trace of him has been found since the day he went missing.
