Ashley Reed, a 19-year-old from Garland, Texas, was last seen on January 14, 1990, and reported missing the following day. She had planned to meet two men, identified only as "Dave" and "Robert," at an International House of Pancakes (IHOP) in Dallas, located near the LBJ Freeway and Military Parkway. A witness claimed to have seen her conversing with a man fitting a distinct description at the IHOP, but Ashley was never heard from again after that night.
