Elvin Hodge, a 60-year-old man from Chattanooga, Tennessee, was last seen on May 24, 1990. A well-known church pianist, Elvin left his home on Central Avenue around 8:00 a.m., heading towards Rossville Boulevard to pay bills. Due to arthritis in his left leg, he required a cane to walk and often used the bus for transportation, as he did not drive. After leaving home that morning, he was never seen or heard from again.
