In the early summer of 1990, a young life was interrupted by a silence that has stretched across decades. Michael Judds, a 16-year-old boy from Kearny, New Jersey, disappeared on June 23, 1990. At the time he went missing, Michael was described as a Black / African American male, standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He had black hair and brown eyes.
