Vicki Lynn Nisbett, a 29-year-old woman, went missing on December 14, 1991, from Cedar Park, Texas. She was last seen leaving her apartment at the Anderson Mill complex, heading to a company Christmas party, but she never arrived. At the time, Vicki was in the process of divorcing her estranged husband, Rex Nisbett, although they were still living together for the sake of their three children during the holiday season.
