Jorge Acosta, a 12-year-old boy from Van Nuys, California, was last seen on November 1, 1992. He was heading to a friend’s house but never returned home, and he has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Jorge was described as being 5'1" tall, weighing around 115 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He was wearing a black and yellow striped shirt and black pants. Jorge also had a birthmark on his right hand and had previously broken his right arm.
