Lloyd Edward Downey, a 56-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, went missing on November 19, 1992. On that day, Downey was preparing for an appointment at the Audie Murphy Veterans Affairs Hospital for a sleep study. His wife reported that she was in another room when Downey collected his overnight bag and left their home. He planned to attend his appointment and had mentioned going fishing afterward. However, Downey never arrived at the hospital and has not been heard from since.
