Carlos Humberto Gonzalez, a 43-year-old man, was last seen on May 1, 1993, in Waco, Texas. At the time of his disappearance, Carlos, who stood 5'7" and weighed 140 pounds, was dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and required regular care for his condition. He has a notable U.S. Marine Corps tattoo on his left shoulder, a distinguishing mark that might help in his identification. It is also possible that he had facial hair, such as a mustache, beard, or goatee.
