Dorothy Smith Kelley, aged 62, was last seen on June 9, 1993, at Balmorhea Lake, Texas. She had been camping with her husband when she mysteriously disappeared. Her husband left their motor home for approximately 90 minutes to collect rocks, and when he returned, the motor home was locked, and Dorothy was gone. Despite thorough searches and the use of tracking dogs, her scent was only traced to a nearby picnic table before the trail went cold.
