Tiffany Susan Westford, a 2-year-old girl, was abducted on November 13, 1993, in Amityville, New York, by her non-custodial mother, Marie Catherine Dominique, during a scheduled visitation. When Marie failed to return Tiffany, her father reported the disappearance, and a felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for Marie on December 2, 1994. Tiffany was described as 3 feet tall, weighing 35 pounds, with black hair and dark brown eyes.
She also had several scars, including a 2-3 inch scar below her navel, as well as pierced ears. She may use aliases such as "Altidor," "Sanon," or "Noel."
Marie, who was 29 at the time, is believed to have taken Tiffany to a Haitian-American community within the U.S. or possibly fled to Haiti. Despite extensive searches, neither has been located. Marie has also been known to use several aliases and previously worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant. The case remains unsolved, and authorities continue to seek information that could help locate Tiffany or her mother.
